I had the same problem. IMR Blue powder, 2 1/2 shell, 16 gauge. I develped my load by downloading all the 12 and 16 gauge data using IMR Blue into a spreadsheet. Then determined the powder to shot ratio to determine low and high powder chsrge. Loaded a few starting at the low end, and found good performance right in the middle ratio.I have also found reloading data on Alliant .410 but have not found any commentary from anyone who has tried this powder. From a pure cost standpoint, Alliant .410 is the cheapest per pound and also gives the most shells per pound.
