Minimum recommended level for Dregs dungeon. I'm debating taking the time to try entering the Dregs dungeon. At this time my main is level 40. I do have fairly good armor with an armor rating around 540.

World bosses are 15 mins respawn, but the legendary chests could be up to 30 mins (I believe it's random between 15-30 mins). afaik all other dungeon bosses have a 15 mins respawn timer except for Thag in The Wine Cellar, which is an hour.
