On my Gen4, I've had two mag catches and springs replaced due to excessive wear of the catch and the notches in the mags. Mags would fall out upon firing the gun.I have a 23 and a 30SF (same grip as 30s). I prefer the full grip of the 23, the 30 has to use an oversize magazine base to accommodate my pinky; the gap between the mag base and frame is a pinky pincher (for me) , can be mostly filled with a plumbing o-ring.
